Radio Frequency Circuits & Systems Research

The Radio Frequency Circuits & Systems Research (RFCSR) group, established in July 2003, is led by Professor Jenshan Lin of the Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) Department. Since 2003, the group has been working on projects involving RF/microwave technologies for various applications in communications and sensing.

Current Research Interests:
  • Biomagnetic Field Sensing
  • Biomedical Radar
  • Wireless Power Transfer
  • Noncontact Motion Sensing

RESEARCH PARTICIPANT OPPORTUNITY

This research study "A Supervised Machine Learning Algorithm for Heartrate Detection Using Low-Power Doppler Motion-Sensing Radar" is not looking for volunteers at this moment. If you are interested in future opportunity, please contact Dr. Jenshan Lin or any lab member.

UNDERGRADUATE REASEARCH OPPORTUNITY

Are you interested in wireless technologies for sensing and energy applications? Are you interested in learning 3D EM simulation or RF circuit/system simulation tools to design RF antennas, circuits, and systems? The research projects in the lab might help you. If interested, please email Dr. Jenshan Lin and attach your resume.
