Biography

  • Ron-Chi Kuo started pursuing her Ph.D. degree in Dept. Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Florida since 2011.

  • Travel Grant awarded by IEEE Wireless Power Transfer Conference and US Army, 2016.

  • Winner of the "Graduate Student Challenge" competition in IEEE MTT Society Annual Conference, 2012. (IMS 2012)

Work Experience

  • Graduate Technical Intern @MediaTek Inc., Woburn, MA, May 2014-Dec. 2014.
    • Developed a 3D wireless charging system to support multiple consumer electronics simultaneously.
    • The coupling coefficient and the magnetic flux density are uniform in the entire charging area.
